You have 14 calendar days to return any products from the date you received it. At our sole discretion after 14 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it without showing any signs of wear or damage. Products must be in the original packaging. Your products needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

***During summer time, shipping will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only. Orders made on Wednesday after 3 PM will be ship on the following Monday*** 

We want to avoid the package to be store in hot warehouses before is delivery. We want to preserve the high quality of our products. Our products are made with natural soy wax and when expose to high weather temperatures would melt.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
